Grammy champion 7 times Randy Travis will be at Niswonger Performing Arts Center Saturday, April 10th, 2017 for a country concert featuring country pop singer James Dupre. The famous country songs of Randy Travis such as "Forever and Ever, Amen" and "Diggin' Up Bones" are just a few of his songs that brought back the famous country music of the 80's. Randy Travis is a Country Music Hall of Fame inductee since 2016 and has sold over 25 million albums in country music. Despite suffering from a stroke in 2013 and still recovering, Randy continues to bring hope to fans across the world with his continued legacy in country music. This concert will be an experience relating to the golden era of country music at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center.

We are excited to announce that Greeneville's Niswonger Performing Arts Center will be hosting two decades of genuine country music artists at a special show on Saturday, April 10, 2027! Legendary country performer Randy Travis will be joined by rising country star James Dupre for an intimate evening of traditional country music and two decades of songs that have resonated with real country music fans of all ages in small venues all across this great country.
Randy Travis is returning to the stage to perform some of the greatest songs in country music history. This country music icon will perform songs such as "Forever and Ever, Amen," "I Told You So," and many more songs that fans of Travis' will be able to sing along to. Randy Travis has won seven Grammy Awards, six CMA Awards and eleven Academy of Country Music Awards. In 2016, Randy Travis was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. He suffered a stroke in 2013 but has been touring all over the country performing for his fans ever since. Fans will get to see why Randy Travis is a country music legend and why so many country artists look up to him.
The Traditional Country Music of legendary performer Randy Travis will be merged with the current Country/Folk music of up and coming artist James Dupre in an evening of song and storytelling in Greeneville. The Greeneville area followers of traditional country will be brought back to the core of country music in a cozy, intimate setting surrounded by like-minded individuals. Fans of current country/folk music will have the opportunity to experience and see a very talented young performer in his element.
The Niswonger Performing Arts Center is a State of the Art Performing Arts Venue located in the heart of Greeneville, TN. The NPAC hosts a variety of performances including concerts, musicals, plays, dance recitals and more. The NPAC was designed with the audience in mind. The NPAC features an advanced surround sound system which delivers the best possible sound to every seat in the house. With an Orchestra, Mezzanine and Balcony level the NPAC can seat approximately 950 patrons. Every seat in the NPAC offers an unobstructed view of the stage.
